Replacement Policy

  1. For filing a replacement, unboxing video of the parcel should be sent to us via mail on The video should be clear, from start to end with the label clearly visible and the seal of the parcel should also be visible. In the video it should be clearly visible that the customer has opened the parcel by cutting the seal. Video should be made from cutting the seal to opening and checking all functions of the product. The return should be reported within a window of 24 hours. There should be no camera manipulation, pauses and cuts, only one single full video will be considered. If the logo of any editing app is found on video, it will not be considered.
  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Complaints will be entertained only on the same day when the product is delivered.
  1. Return will be processed only if:
    • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • The product is returned in original condition.
  1. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  1. Return would not be done in cases of seller remorse or disliking of the product. Only valid and genuine reason would be taken into charge.
  1. If damage is repairable or minor happened on transit will not be considered. No refund or exchange is possible in this case.
